{"id":25875,"date":"2018-03-06T17:00:56","date_gmt":"2018-03-06T22:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/?page_id=25875"},"modified":"2026-04-15T15:39:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T22:39:44","slug":"terms-conditions-documents","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/for-service-providers\/service-providers-documents\/terms-conditions-documents\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &#038; Conditions Documents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The terms and conditions establish the contractual relationship between CLBC and its service providers and, taken together with service specific contractual documents, set out the formal legal relationship between the parties.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>April 15, 2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>Statement regarding ongoing legal dispute over CLBC\u2019s June 1, 2025 amendment to the Service Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Community Living BC (CLBC) is engaged in a legal dispute with a coalition of service providers with regard to the June 1, 2025 amendment to the Service Terms and Conditions for Contracts Between CLBC and Service Providers (the \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d). While the specific details of this matter remain confidential, CLBC wishes to clarify that if any future changes to its Terms and Conditions arise from this dispute, these changes will be applied universally across all service providers within the sector to which these Terms and Conditions apply.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Terms-and-Conditions-General-effective-June-01-2025.pdf\">Service Terms and Conditions found here<\/a> are effective <strong>June 1, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For service provider contract periods before June 1, 2025:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CLBC will not seek reimbursement for its audit and review costs under section 9.4 of the Terms and Conditions, and<\/li>\n<li>CLBC will not seek repayment for supervision and administration services under section 6 of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CLBC will continue to audit service providers\u2019 funding, including supervision and administration funding, for contract periods before and after June 1, 2025, in the normal course.<\/p>\n<p>CLBC will continue to require\u00a0repayment as otherwise permitted by the Terms and Conditions (such as service level under delivery and cost estimates), where audit results support such action.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Archived Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>July 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Terms-and-Conditions-General-effective-July-1-2024.pdf\">Service \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>May 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/35-Terms-and-Conditions-General-effective-May-1-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Home-Sharing-Terms-and-Conditions-Effective-January-1-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Home Sharing \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>January 1, 2019 to April 30, 2022:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Service-Terms-and-Conditions-Effective-January-1-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Terms-and-Conditions-General-effective-July-1-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Terms-and-Conditions-Home-Sharing-effective-July-1-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Home Sharing \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions were in effect <strong>June 15, 2011 to June 30, 2018<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/30-TC063010-and-32-Schedules060111.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitylivingbc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/31-TC063010-and-33-Schedules060111.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Home Sharing \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The terms and conditions establish the contractual relationship between CLBC and its service providers and, taken together with service specific contractual documents, set out the formal legal relationship between the parties.
