The plan was developed by an Inclusive Housing Task Force (IHTF) created by both organizations.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Inclusive-Housing-Forum-Report-July-2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inclusive Housing Framework: Advancing Good Lives in Welcoming Communities (2016)<br \/>\n<\/a>A Summary of the Findings of the March 2016 Inclusive Housing Forum and a Draft Framework for Inclusive Housing.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Best-Practices-Review-Final-2014-04-01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best Practices Review \u2013 Housing Choices in BC for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (2014)<br \/>\n<\/a>This report was developed in order to understand more fully the types of housing choices that are important to families and individuals as part of their journey and to explore ways that families, society and public policy interventions can best come together to create and support positive housing outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Financing-Seniors-Equity-Final-Report-08.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Financing Seniors\u2019 Housing Projects Using Resident Equity- BC Non-Profit Housing Association (2008)<br \/>\n<\/a>This report discusses equity co-ops and life leasing and provides case examples.
