CLBC is committed to operating transparently and promoting easy access to important information to ensure we are accountable to the people we serve.<\/p>\n

Annual Reports<\/h2>\n

Each year, Community Living BC produces an Annual Report that reports on our results compared to the targets identified in the annual Service Plan.<\/p>\n

Each year, CLBC publishes a three-year Service Plan that outlines strategic priorities and explains how goals and objectives will be measured.<\/p>\n

As a Crown agency of the provincial government, Community Living BC provides public access to its Statements of Financial Information.<\/p>\n

In compliance with B.C.\u2019s Pay Transparency Act, CLBC publishes an annual Pay Transparency Report.<\/p>\n

Critical Incident Reporting – NEW<\/em><\/h2>\n

To help protect the safety, health, well-being and rights of people receiving CLBC-funded services, CLBC requires its contracted service providers to report a wide range of Critical Incidents \u2013 from unexpected illnesses, falls, reports of aggressive behaviour to suspected abuse or neglect.<\/p>\n

CLBC now publishes key data on Critical Incident Reporting.<\/p>\n
